Bellobagno offers Free Curbside Shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Please call us for more information and on our competitive shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico. We will inform you when the products has left our warehouse. You will receive a telephone call from the shipping company a few days before the product is scheduled to arrive, so that you can arrange a delivery time. The delivery company will call the homeowner for delivery prior to delivering. It is the truck drivers discretion as to the actual location of the delivery, especially in rural or restricted community areas. Our standard shipping via freight is CURBSIDE DELIVERY. This means that the item that you ordered would be delivered to the curbside and it is NOT the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment. It will be entirely your responsibility to remove the item off of the truck and bring it inside. Your shipment will be heavy and may require 2 or more people to unload. Curbside Lift gate Delivery trailer service is available for a $55.00 charge.

It is the truck drivers discretion as to the actual location of the delivery, especially in rural or restricted community areas. Your shipment will include Lift gate Delivery at no charge.

Very Important:

At the time you receive the product, YOU MUST take the time to inspect the packaging (the driver must wait or sign that they refuse to wait) for any external signs of shipping damage. If there is extensive damage to the shipment, simply refuse the shipment and contact us ASAP. In addition, when you sign the delivery receipt for the shipment you should always note “SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION” on the receipt. If possible, open the packaging before you accept the product thus ensuring that there has been no shipping damage. Make a note of anything unusual on the shipping paperwork before you sign for the delivery.

Any shortages or damages must be reported to BelloBagno, within (3) three business days from receiving the goods or no claims will be honored. 

For returned items the merchandise must be in its original packaging and packed securely.

Restocking Fee:

Orders that are refused (for reasons other than damage, defect or vendor error) after shipping has been processed will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred, Customers may also be billed for any re-delivery fees incurred as a result of missed delivery appointments. Returns due to defect, damage or vendor error have no restocking fees.

All Special order and custom made items are not returnable.
